Johnny Olszewski, former Baltimore County executive, sworn into Congress

Johnny Olszewski, who resigned as the Baltimore County executive, was sworn into Congress on Friday, Jan. 3, on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.

Olszewski replaces the retired Dutch Ruppersberger as the representative of Maryland's second congressional district, which includes parts of Carroll and Baltimore counties, and a small portion of Baltimore City.
