The application process for Congressman Olszewski's nomination to attend the academies in Fall of 2026 has begun. Please complete the form below. When you hit submit it will turn into a PDF file and prompt you to print, sign, scan and email this application to MD02Academy@mail.house.gov, or deliver it in person to Congressman Olszewski's Towson Office. Hitting submit alone, does not enter your application, you must email it or deliver it to the office.
