(Washington, DC) – Congressman Johnny Olszewski (MD-02) announced that Carroll County resident Michael Zabetakis will be his guest at President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address to Congress tomorrow night. Zabetakis, a retired electrical engineering technician from Hampstead, is facing a $12,000 annual increase in health insurance premiums following the expiration of enhanced Affordable Care Act (ACA) tax credits.
